La perle de Belgentier Belgentier a vu naître une variété d’olive au goût unique, la belgentiéroise. Elle fut la première variété reconnue par l’INRA comme olive de table. Idéale pour la confiserie, c’est une olive grosse, à chair tendre, qui peut être récoltée très tôt, généralement fin août.
